Bitania Yemane is from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelors in environmental geosciences and Arabic studies and is currently working on obtaining a masters degree.
Bitania always had a passion for tackling climate change and speaking up for the communities it impacts the most. By using both her experience in journalism and knowledge in environmental science in undergrad , this blog serves the perfect way to spread awareness on the issue of environmental injustice.
Bitania is an avid tea drinker, and also has a passion for poetry (reading it and writing it). In her free time, Bitania volunteers with different nonprofits, especially environment organizations. When she is not volunteering or working, she is either at her local bookstore indulging in good reads or exercising at her local gym.
Bitania wants to extend her gratitude to you for tuning into her blog. If there are any articles you would like to see her cover, or if there are any questions/comments you may have related to the blog, please feel free to contact her via the “contact” tab on this blog. Thank you
